Youtube has always been a platform that has issues, yes that can get better over time but underneath the perfect looking recommendation page, there is problems. It isn't everyday however that the CEO Susan Wojcicki speaks out about it.
She published a blog post recently addressing some of creators’ biggest concerns and frustrations, including copyright claims removing ads from their videos, the site’s trending section not showing some of the most popular uploads, and comments being removed for family vloggers.
It’s clear from Wojcicki’s blog that addressing the community’s most consistent complaints was a top priority — and chief among those is copyright claims.
Copyright claims on videos, which lead to YouTubers not earning ad revenue, are a constant source of aggravation. Many of the situations that Wojcicki indirectly refers to in the blog post are from top creators, like Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, who has spoken about losing out on ad revenue because a brief clip of copyrighted music was played. His case led H3H3’s Ethan Klein — who Wojcicki sat down with recently to hear concerns — to label this period as one of the “worst eras on YouTube” when it comes to copyright claims.

You don't need to know much of KSI to see that his name has been popping up a bit more in the past two years than ever before.
His fight with Joe Weller already brought him into YouTube history as it has been one of the most streamed events of the platform. His fight with Logan Paul didn't go as expected for him after the groundbreaking tie in their boxing match last year. This year, KSI doesn't know yet who he is going to be taking on in the ring but, his music is expected to have a bigger impact than his boxing ever did.
On April 12th, KSI will be dropping a new album with his rap colleague Randolph. Throughout the years, KSI has been labeled as the "YouTube Rapper" which basically means that he is the guy who just raps to get views on the platform, or just raps for his growing fanbase.
I believe that this year will be the year that KSI will begin to grown his rap fanbase along with his current following on YouTube to hopefully throw away that label. Listening to all the music that he has released this year so far, I don't expect KSI's album to be any less than great. It looks like 2019 as a whole will be the year that KSI will get his name out across the globe rather than just the UK.
If you love to laugh and want to listen to some good rap music from the UK, I suggest giving KSI a try!
