Yes, it’s another list, but this list is not a countdown. This list is based on rappers whose names that have hit the media hard and rising to fame. I’m not gonna call these artist “Soundcloud rappers”. I say that the Soundcloud rap era is over with, and that we finally respect the new rap artist by actually calling them rappers. These artist on this list have either released an album this year and it blew up or they have hit the rap scene with impact, let’s get into it.
This rapper here is honestly my most favorite on the list. Destin Route, best known for his artist Alias J.I.D. was born in Atlanta, Georgia on Halloween in 1990. The difference between him and other new artist on this list is that J.I.D. is older than most new artist on this list, but that doesn’t escape the fact that he is one if the most ill to finally get his rise of fame in the music industry. J.I.D.’s nickname originally was his grandma’s which he adopted based on his energetic behavior. He grew up listening to 1990’s hip hop artist like Jay-Z and Nas. Last year he dropped his first studio album titled “The Never Story” after he signed with J.Cole’s Dreamville label, he then later on in 2017 in October he performed a cypher at the BET Hip Hop Awards., He then goes on tour at the end 2017. This year he recently dropped another album which is title DiCaprio 2. J.I.D. is another example of what happens when you never give up no matter how long it takes to get there. Because he is 28 and he’s been releasing mixtape since 2010 and his call to fame is just ow getting here, and honestly I feel like these years coming up J.I.D. is gonna make up for those years and show others that his name should’ve been called way back then.
2. Lil Skies
Kimetrius Foose best known from his alias known as lil skies was born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. He is currently signed to Atlantic Records. Even though I’m not really a big fan of his music. Lil skies has really impacted rap music and it’s something people cannot deny love or hate him. He started making music sound the end of 2016 but his music started getting a little more attention around the middle of 2017 after dropping a song with Landon Cube titled “Nowadays”. He then dropped his first major label mixtape “Life of a Dark Rose” in 2018, the mixtape then got on the Billboard 200 chart.

To no one’s surprise, Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee has become the hottest selling Nintendo Switch games around. And that streak is likely to continue to keep going into the holiday season, even with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the horizon.
The Pokemon Company has announced that the combination of the two games managed to clear three million copies sold in just one week’s time, becoming the fastest selling Nintendo Switch games since its launch last year. It even beat out the likes of Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, two of the most popular games for the console.
More than likely, the game will go on to clear at least ten million copies sold, depending on how long its popularity lasts going into 2019. It wouldn’t surprise us if fans kept coming back to it, even after Detective Pikachu opens in theaters in May 2019.
And if you need an idea of just what kind of longevity Pokemon games have on the market, check out the list of best-sellers below. Oh, yeah, the Let’s Go! games are taking off like rockets.
Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow (Gameboy and Gameboy Color): 45 million
Pokemon Gold/Silver (Gameboy Color): 23.1 million
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (Nintendo DS): 17.7 million
Pokemon X/Y (Nintendo 3DS): 16.4 million
Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire (Gameboy Advance): 16.3 million
Pokemon Sun/Moon (Nintendo 3DS): 16.2 million

Hello Everyone, It’s Bradley for WPPB News. Today I would like to report on the Migrant Caravan. As the large group of thousands found their way to Tijuana they were met with brutal violence, not too many were actually harmed however but this is the first time they were met with any resistance. Desert Sun Reported.
“One Honduran migrant, Jairo Sorto, told residents that throughout their long journey through Mexico, people had welcome and supported them – until now.
“We’ve walked across Mexico and not one state said, ‘we don’t want immigrants in this country,’” Sorto said. He asked why area residents were treating the migrants differently.”-Rebecca Plevin, Palm Springs Desert Sun.
They have been met with a small group doing exactly what they should expect IF they expect to make it into the USA. On that note, President Trump has deployed Troops of the military and Homeland Security is also on this as well, Very adamant about the safety of the US Border. Securing the border with Razor wire and armed officials some of the caravan have arrived to the border. The asylum interview and processing for all of the immigrants may take weeks or even months. With 5,800 military personnel nobody will be crossing illegally and our borders will remain safe. However concerns have been arising about being able to support this many new people in the United States, This near record number of new immigrants coming to call this country their home will disrupt the natural living state for many american citizens. We will try to keep you updated as more information becomes available. This migrant caravan problem will dissipate with time. Try not to worry and don't let your local new sources make you fear. There will be no calculated harm for another few months. We will keep you updated. Until next time keep on Feelin the Beat!

Any fan of Smosh, Clevver and even The Warp Zone know what is going on with Defy Media and how they just shut down recently. This left the companies who depended on them looking for another home to thrive in. For those who have no idea what I am talking about, allow me to explain. Defy Media is an american digital media company that produced original online content for mainly YouTube. Defy Media had some of the largest digital brands like Smosh, Clevver and Awe.me, having earned more than 140 million online views. However recently, Defy Media has fallen onto hard times. It seems to be completely unclear on what caused them to shut their doors but a big thing people have been uncovering, this company had dealt with money issues. Back in June, Defy opted to close its programmatic business after failing to find a buyer which shows how bad the money issues really were. After closing its programmatic business, the company hoped to pivot its attention toward its digital creation business but obviously that move never panned out how they hoped it would.
The overall result of their money problems is that Monday the 5th, Defy Media laid off its entire staff and said it would cease all operations, leaving many of its brands without a home. Currently many of the striving brands like Smosh and Clevver are desperately looking for a new home so they don’t have to stop their brands completely.
Honestly, I wish the very best for every person involved in this terrible situation and hope that the brands find their rightful home that treats them way better than Defy ever did.

As most Nintendo fans know the final characters for the new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was released Thursday November, 1st. A pair of newcomers making their debut to the world of Smash Bros. are Ken Masters (Ryu’s Echo Fighter) from Street Fighter and Incineroar from Pokemon Sun and Moon. Not only that, Piranha Plant from Super Mario will be added as a pre-order character and five new DLC characters will be coming soon. Ken Masters is originally from the game Street Fighter and is jumping in the ring to fight as Ryu’s Echo Fighter. His appearance in the game is the same as Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo. His moves are a bit faster than Ryu’s as well as a few more differences, like a different shape Hadoken. His two Final Smashes are: Shinryuken and Shippu Jinraikyaku. The other new fighter joining the roster, Incineroar, is one of the starter Pokemon from the series' latest installments, Sun and Moon. Incineroar's moves are inspired by pro wrestling; it has powerful throws and, like a wrestler, poses after every attack. Its neutral Smash attack is Darkest Lariat, while its Final Smash is Max Malicious Moonsault, a more powerful version of its Z Move from Sun and Moon. With Ken and Incineroar's announcement, there are now 74 playable characters on the Super Smash Bros. roster. Along with every fighter who has ever appeared in a previous Smash Bros. game, Ultimate introduces a number of other newcomers to the series such as Ridley from Metroid, Simon and Richter Belmont from the Castlevania series, and Animal Crossing's Isabelle. You can see everyone who is playable in our full Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster list.
